Privacy Policy
Short version: we do not collect personal data about you or your child.
- No accounts, no login, no sign-up.
- We never build a profile of your child and never follow them from one site to another.
- Your settings — motion, sound, contrast, language — are kept in small cookies on the device. This is a safety matter, not a convenience: for some children the wrong setup is genuinely harmful, and a child who opens a game on their own has to land in the calm, quiet, high-contrast setup a grown-up already chose, not in whatever the defaults are. That is why we treat these cookies as strictly necessary. They hold no personal information, and neither does the technical storage a game needs to run.
- Anything beyond those settings is optional and stays off until you accept it. If you do accept, we count what happens on the site, not who does it: which game was opened and in which mode, whether play actually began and roughly how many minutes it lasted, which tile was pressed, whether the catalog was opened again after a game, the language and the accessibility settings the play ran under, the steps of adding the site to a home screen, and your answer to this cookie question.
- Those counts carry no identifier of ours, nothing your child made, and nothing about how well they play. We do not measure ability, speed, accuracy or progress, and we neither ask for nor guess a child's age.
- Our hosting provider keeps short server logs — the address a request came from, what was asked for, and when. That is how any website is served and kept secure. We don't use those logs to build profiles.
- We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to data brokers.
- We keep to what the games need. If that ever has to change, this page is updated first, and where the law asks for consent we ask for it.
Our players are about as vulnerable as an audience gets — very young children — so we aim for the strictest standard a parent might reasonably expect, not the legal minimum. We collect no personal information about you or your child, which keeps the games in line with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including its rules on children's data. Accessibility and collecting as little as possible are the default here, not extras.
