Terms of Use
By using these games you, the grown-up, agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, and you accept them on behalf of the child in your care. If you do not agree, please don't use the games. We have kept the wording plain, but it applies as written.
- You get a limited, personal licence to play the games for your own family's non-commercial use, and nothing more is granted. We may offer paid features in future.
- A grown-up is responsible for supervising the child and for the device they use. The games are made for play. They are not an educational, medical, therapeutic, or developmental program, and are no substitute for adult care.
- Motion, sound and contrast are set by a grown-up, and the games keep that choice on the device so the safe setup is still there next time. Clearing the browser's site data clears it too and the games start from their defaults again, so check the settings afterwards if a child needs a particular one.
- Please use them fairly. Do not disrupt the service, reverse-engineer or copy the games, scrape or resell them, or use them in any unlawful way.
- All game content, artwork, characters, and names belong to lumomimo. Playing grants you no rights over them.
- The games are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise they will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from using the games, and our total liability is limited to what the law requires. Nothing here removes a right or protection that cannot be limited by law, including a consumer's or a child's.
- We may change, pause, or discontinue any game at any time, and we may update these terms. If we make an important change we will note it here, and continuing to use the games means you accept the current version.
- If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something straight away doesn't mean we give up the right to.
- Questions about these terms, or a problem with a game? Our details are on the contact page.
